King Rat has plans to become Lord Mayor of London and release his rats into the city. Unfortunately for him, that title is destined for a young man, Dick! An ambitious youth on a journey to seek his fortune in London, with the help of his new best friend, Tommy the cat. Will they earn the trust of the people of London and defeat the dastardly King Rat?
